Marco, a leading uPVC Cable Management Company, and the UK’s largest manufacturer of Steel Wire Cable Tray, has delivered a one stop shop Cable Management solution as part of the transformation of an abandoned former Land Registry building in Lytham St Anne’s, Lancashire. 

Jubilee House, a 77,400sq feet building, which sits on a prominent position on the Lytham waterfront, is undergoing a radical overhaul to provide ultra modern office space and high-end apartments. Accountancy service provider and owners of the building, Dandro, will also relocate their operation to Jubilee House.

Electrical Contractor Bowker Ltd, has managed the electrical installation and has utilised Marco’s one stop shop service, specifying a range of Cable Management products including Marco ELITE uPVC Trunking, Steel Wire Cable Tray, Charcoal Bench Trunking and Power Poles.
